Everbloom is a vibrant duo with wild harmonies  that elevate original lyrics, nestled in lush progressive acoustic arrangements. Holly Kirsten and Mindy Dillard play traditional acoustic instruments in unpredictable ways, using alternate tunings and fresh chord progressions. Nothing ever sounds the same for these two, who jump genres seamlessly in one set. 

Both Holly and Mindy were raised in Utah and left after high school to explore their musical and artistic talents. 

Holly studied music business at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Holly invested in worship music in her early adult years, landed in Norfolk, VA, and was a finalist in the Sea Level Singer-Songwriter Competition in 2015. She began playing with notable acts (Karl Werne, An Act of Kindness, Luca Burgalassi, Who We Are Not) in the Hampton Roads region and released 3 solo albums, Away We Go  (a children's album in 2016), Starlings  (2019) and Love Letter (2021) all while completing a respiratory therapy degree and working through the pandemic. She sought a return to her homeland in 2021 and has been working full time in respiratory therapy. Holly has one son, Jude, who is completing his education at Lyme Academy in CT. 

Mindy studied theater and performance as an undergrad student, became a Portland, OR resident where she continued to expand as an actor and musician. She completed a Masters in Fine Arts, lived in Berkeley, CA  and taught and performed. Mindy has released two solo albums. She wrote and performed a one-woman show called "How to Survive a Poison Apple", and performed for kids and families as Princess Fearless. She is a winner of the 2015 Suzanne Millsaps Songwriter Contest. Mindy returned to school for nursing in 2018 and currently works as a nurse home visitor for first time mothers. She is mother to two boys, Cyrus and Charlie. 

Mindy and Holly began running into each other at songwriter circles and discovered a spark in each other's creativity and lyrical invention. They have been writing and playing together ever since. 

Their performance will leave you delighted with off-the-beaten path melodies and substance covering a cosmos of ideas. Everbloom is known for their incredible arrangements and harmonies. You will be bathed in a compelling soundscape not easily replicated. Their genre may be hard to pin down, but you will be glad you tried.
